The Thomson HB-E105 42cm Carbon Road Handlebar is a premium carbon drop bar designed for riders who want a light, strong, and refined cockpit setup. Weighing approximately 200g, it pairs perfectly with Thomson G2 or X4 stems for a clean and performance-focused road bike build.

Made with Toray carbon fiber and Nano Epoxy Resin, the HB-E105 is engineered for high impact resistance, structural stability, and a balanced ride feel. Thomson uses an EPS inner mandrel molding process instead of a cheaper bladder-style method, helping reduce inner wall wrinkles and imperfections. The result is a precise one-piece molded carbon handlebar with carefully tuned stiffness, flex, and weight.

The natural UD carbon fiber with satin clear finish gives the bar a clean and understated appearance. Concave shaping underneath helps route brake and shift housing neatly, keeping the cockpit tidy and comfortable.

For installation, always use a torque wrench and follow Thomson’s recommended 5Nm torque specification. Friction paste should be used between the stem and handlebar to prevent slipping and protect the carbon surface. If the handlebar is scratched, gouged, or damaged from crash impact, stop using it and have it inspected or replaced.
