跨高是判斷車架尺寸的重要參考，簡單４步驟教你怎麼量

STEP 01

站姿準備

赤腳或穿平底鞋，背靠牆站直，雙腳與肩同寬。

STEP 02

夾緊書本

將書本垂直夾在雙腿間，向上貼緊跨部。

STEP 03

標記位置

保持書本垂直，在牆上標記書本上緣。

STEP 04

測量高度

測量地面到標記處的高度，單位請使用公分（cm）。

💡 測量注意事項 測量時請保持身體站直，不要彎腰或踮腳；書本需垂直並向上貼緊跨部，但不需要過度用力。建議重複測量 2–3 次，取最接近的數值，單位請使用公分（cm）。

MEASUREMENT STEPS

Measurement Steps

Your inseam is an important reference for frameset sizing. Follow these 4 simple steps to measure it.

STEP 01

Stand against the wall

Stand barefoot or in flat shoes, with your back against the wall and feet shoulder-width apart.

STEP 02

Place the book

Place the book vertically between your legs and press it firmly upward against your crotch.

STEP 03

Mark the position

Keep the book vertical and mark the top edge of the book on the wall.

STEP 04

Measure the height

Measure from the floor to the marked point in centimeters (cm).

💡 MEASUREMENT NOTES Stand straight and avoid bending or standing on tiptoe. Keep the book vertical and press it upward firmly, but not excessively. Measure 2–3 times and use the most consistent result. Please provide the measurement in centimeters (cm).
