The Alter Cycles SHARK Chainring in silver is part of the bold SHARK series released by Taiwanese brand Alter Cycles in the third quarter of 2021. Inspired by sharks, it brings speed, aggression and sharp visual energy into a performance-focused drivetrain component.
The SHARK chainring uses triangular geometric lines to express the image of shark teeth being constantly replaced throughout a shark’s life, symbolizing rebirth and continuous forward motion. This design is more than decoration. It gives the drivetrain a strong identity and turns the chainring into a visual centerpiece on single speed, track and street-focused builds.
